New member's skills/ability/attitude must be evaluated and approved by ABVC and said approval is at ABVC Director's sole personal discretion. Athletes will be placed in the group appropriate to their ability level and training attitude and age, not necessarily in that order, at the sole discretion of the coaches, and may be moved as necessary for the good of the athlete and the ability level of the athlete and the other athletes. ABVC can terminate services at any time for any reason. If for any reason services must be terminated by ABVC, prorated fees will be refunded.
